How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed directly on our dealer portal. If you're not a dealer yet, you can register hereto become one.

What if I'm not a TOV dealer - can I still order your products?

At this time TOV only sells our product wholesale through our dealers. You can search our store locator to find a local dealer or you can shop our product online through any site that carries our line. To find an online dealer you can simply google “TOV Furniture” along with the product name.

How do I see pricing?

Sign in to your account to see pricing for any product. You can export a complete price list on the main dashboardupon logging in.

How do I check inventory?

Sign into your account to see inventory for any product. You can export a complete live inventory list on the main dashboardupon logging in.

What is the order minimum?

For designers there is a first time order minimum of $500. After that all you need to do is order one piece!

How do I order samples?

Fabric swatches are readily available for all of our upholstered products. If they help you make a sale, email info@tovfurniture.com with the items of interest and the address to ship to. We can ship swatches at no cost to any address in the continental United States. Sorry, at this time we do not offer samples for any case good items.

Shipping & Returns

How do your products ship?

All orders will ship out of our California or NC warehouses based on destination of the order and availability. We use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments such as UCCD, WISEWAY, STYLINE and AM TRUCKING. For Ground shipments we use UPS. When using our flat-rate program, TOV will choose the carrier of choice based on shipment volume and destination. If you prefer your own carrier, submit the pickup details upon checkout.

Do you offer drop shipping?

Yes. Additional charges will apply to orders shipping to a residential address.

What are my shipping costs?

You can view all flat rate shipping costs on each product page. Upon checkout, please indicate "Flat Rate" if you would like to partake in the flat rate shipping program for the order you are placing.

Do you ship to all location?

The TOV Flat Rate program covers most of the continental US. However, some areas are excluded from the program.

What kind of delivery is included in the Flat Rate program?

The Flat Rate shipping rate includes curbside delivery for all shipments. The carrier will contact the recipient prior to delivery for all LTL shipments to cooridnate a delivery time. 

What is your return policy?

TOV Furniture does not accept any buyers remorse returns. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

How do I open an account with TOV Furniture account?

Complete our Registration Formto become a dealer. You'll receive a response within 3 business days. You can email sales@tovfurniture.com for any further questions in this area.

Do you have a showroom to view products?

We display our product at High Point Market in the main floor in Showplace.

How can I download your regular and lifestyle images?

You can access a dropbox link of all photos on the main dashboardupon logging in.

Who is my sales representative?

TOV Furniture takes pride in working directly with our customers within the US. We have territory reps for other areas who can assist you with getting started and anything you may need along the way. You can start by completing our Registration Form to become a dealer or you may email sales@tovfurniture.com with any questions.

What if my item arrives damaged?

All defects or damages must be reported via the TOV Claims form within 7 days of delivery. If a claim is filed after 7 days, TOV may not be able to honor the claim. The claims form can be accessed upon logging into the portal under the Ticket Service Center.
