We built our company focused on a higher level of customer satisfaction. That includes being easier to do business with, and how we do it is explained below in plain English. All you need to know but without the fine print. That’s TOV.
TOV PAYMENT TERMS
We accept all major credit cards, company check or wire transfer. Payment is due prior to shipping. Net30 Terms are available upon request and approval. Need a custom solution? Let’s talk about it.
SHIPPING – LOGISTICS
TOV Furniture offers to handle all logistics for deliveries to commercial and residential locations. To receive a shipping quote, please submit your order on the portal. If a dealer prefers to ship on their own account with their own carrier, that is not a problem. Be sure to submit the pickup details upon checkout. Unless a specific freight carrier is noted on the purchase order, TOV will choose the carrier at our discretion.
Every order leaves TOV Furniture guaranteed to be in good condition. We check it, check it a second time, and have made packing for shipment its own art form. After leaving our facility, claims for any damages that may have occurred during shipping would need to be filed with the carrier. If the shipment was delivered using TOV’s shipping account, a claim would need to be submitted via our claims form (see details under Claims and Replacements). If the dealer arranged shipping on their own account, TOV would not be responsible for the damaged piece and a claim would need to be filed directly with the carrier.
We offer to dropship directly to your customers within the United States and parts of Canada. Just give us the details upon submitting the order and we will provide a shipping quote.
We offer to palletize a shipment if needed. The cost for a standard pallet $10 per pallet, and $15 per double palletpallet. Both options include strapping and all that’s required for safe, secure transit.
Fabric swatches are readily available for all of our upholstered products. If they help you make a sale, email email@example.com with the items of interest and the address to ship to. We can ship swatches at no cost to any address in the continental United States. Sorry, at this time we do not offer samples for any case good items.
Everything we build reflects our pride and attention to production detail. We use high quality materials, packaging that sets a higher industry standard and commitment to customer satisfaction. But things do happen, and if a part is needed, they are available at absolutely no cost.
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
We accept order cancellations that are made prior to an order shipping from our facility. Sorry but TOV does not accept any buyers remorse returns. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
CLAIMS and REPLACEMENTS
No one in the industry works as hard as we do to ensure your order ships and arrives in good condition – you’ll it see it in packing materials exceeding the industry standard. All TOV Furniture products are shipped in 275 PSI cartons – even our sofas – and we only work with approved carriers that handle our furniture to our exacting demands. Still, things can happen and here’s what we suggest.
All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. All defects or damages must be reported via the TOV Claims form within 72 hours of delivery. If a claim is filed after 72 hours, TOV may not be able to honor the claim. The claims form can be accessed upon logging into the portal under the Ticket Service Center.
Defective merchandise must be returned in the original packing material. If the original packing is disposed of Tov Furniture will not accept the claim. We will not take any responsibility for Damages that occur at the end user's location. If the issue can be resolved by sending a part or some hardware, we can assist in sending those replacement parts.
With proper care, TOV Furniture will be enjoyed for years. When used for normal residential purposes, we warrant everything we build to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery to the consumer. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage.
Right to Repair: If damage or defect is deemed repairable, the dealer is[A1] responsible to make every reasonable effort to repair the item before a replacement or credit is issued. For repairs covered under our warranty, TOV will pay up to thirty percent of the item’s original cost. Only when an item is deemed to not be repairable is a credit or a replacement issued.
TOV Parts: We stock a large variety and when damage is limited to a small area, to resolve the issue and make a customer happy, at our discretion we’ll send the customer a replacement part.
Replacements: If a replacement is deemed necessary, TOV Furniture will provide it at no cost to the Dealer. However, the dealer would be responsible for the replacement freight costs or handling. If the replacement is shipping on TOV’s freight account, it will be handle in accordance with our shipping policy.
If the order shows or develops a manufacturer defect after delivery and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact TOV Furniture for assistance.
